MLP OC Commission: Sky Dreams by ivy-cinder MLP OC Commission: Sky Dreams by ivy-cinder
Commissioned as a gift for a Baby Shower, she has the baby girl's name 'Ava' embroidered on the her hind hoof. She reminds me a little of a 'teenage' pony. She's cute, but I really should learn to plan the manes rather than just build them as I go.

One of a kind. I don't keep patterns for hair.

Fleece, applique and free-hand machine embroidery. Pattern mine. My Little Pony belongs to Hasbro. I only make commisions for friends who guilt me in to it, so don't ask.

I know you probably get asked this a lot but what pattern did you use for the body? Is it your own? I only ask because yours is perfect in my eyes and I'm wanting to make some plushes as gifts for my friends but I've yet to find a decent pattern and have no real experience drafting one myself. Would you ever consider releasing it?

This plush is exceptional by the way, you have a real talent! I love the way you did her cutie mark.

Thank you so much. This plush is probably my favourite over all for shape and personality.

The pattern is my own, and it was the first one I ever made! So if you were to have a go at making one I'm sure you be able to come up with something great. Just print/draw a pony body side-on and divide it into logical pieces to get started. And while I'm not saying copy, look at the seams in photos of existing pony plushes for inspiration. Give it a try.

I don't give out my pattern, but if you really want to use an existing one try: [link]
