MLP Custom Plushie: Un-named Baby Pony Trial

He's all squishy and cute.

I need some advice. This is the baby pony pattern I have been designing guided by the 'Baby Cakes' MLP FiM episode designs. What do you guys think of the shape of the baby pony? I think the head should be bigger, but this was difficult because he would then be off-balance. Does it work the proportions he is? The eyes are bigger than the on-screen baby ponies, which I did for added cuteness. Tell me your thoughts please! Positive and negative.

The faces are also a little creepy... would extra eye highlights and nostrils help make it better?

Materials: Fleece, long faux fur, acrylic paint
Hand and machine sewn
